Frequently Asked Questions

How does on-location recording work?

I travel to your studio or location with professional recording equipment. You provide the space and computer with DAW, I handle all the engineering and technical setup.

What areas do you serve?

I serve all of Los Angeles County including LA, Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale, Santa Monica, and the San Fernando Valley at no extra charge. Extended travel fees apply beyond LA County.

What if I don't have a DAW or interface?

I can bring my laptop and interface for an additional $100 (Mobile Rig add-on). You'll still need a recording space and mic stand.

How long is a typical session?

Most vocal sessions run 2-4 hours. I recommend booking 3 hours for 2-3 songs to allow time for setup, recording, and multiple takes.

Do you provide mixing services too?

Yes! I offer professional remote mixing services. Check out my mixing page for details and pricing.

What's your cancellation policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the 50% deposit. Rush bookings (less than 48hr notice) incur a $100 rush fee.

Can you record instruments or just vocals?

I primarily specialize in vocal recording but can also record acoustic instruments, guitar, bass, and live instruments. Contact me to discuss your specific needs.

What file format do you deliver?

All files are delivered as 24-bit WAV files, properly labeled and organized. Files are sent via Dropbox or WeTransfer same-day after the session.
